The accuracy of any reading cannot be guaranteed no matter how spectacular the advice is or how correct it appears. Although the cards may advise you to go in a certain direction, your decisions are your own and all responsibility for your choices lies with you. If at any time the advice or reading does not resonate with you, you are free to let that information go, speak honestly with the reader or terminate the reading.
You understand that payment is required at the time of reading for the service to be completed.

You understand that all information exchanged during the reading is confidential and shall not be disclosed except as required by law.
You agree that you will act respectfully during the reading. You will clarify any concerns or questions ahead of time. You may also see the Goodwill Agreement if you need guidance on what will not be tolerated during a reading or meeting of any kind.
